Meet Naveen
Senior Principal Engineer with 15 years building distributed systems at cybersecurity enterprise companies. I've architected platforms handling millions of daily events and led teams shipping enterprise-grade security products.
In 2024, I founded HiringKit — a full-stack AI recruiting platform running voice interviews, video assessments, and automated evaluation at scale. Building it taught me how modern AI development tools collapse product timelines from months to weeks without giving up on quality.
Today I work as a Fractional CTO for Blended (cross-platform co-parenting finance app on iOS, Android, and web) and as an AI Partner for Practys (AI simulation training for mediators, lawyers, doctors, and founders).
